Organic Greens in the village...

Last month I had visited my native place, Contai, which is almost 150 + kms from the City Kolkata. It was my vacation time and I was making maximum out of it. We have lots of veggies at our garden with many trees of different kind. The moment you are in garden lawn you get a unique flavours of the botanicals and herbs. My parents have strong passion to grow the vegetables and gardening with many species of plants / trees. Here are some I captured in my camera during the visit...

One very impactful event during the Employee Celebration Week (ECW) is having gala dinner organized for our employees on the last day. All the success for organization are achieved by our employees only and it is important for us to provide them the real guest experience. 

It was a great event organized with Halloween theme, really happy to see that our employees have enjoyed a lot...

ECW - Day 03 @ INCS - Graffiti Workshop for Employees

On the third day of our Employee Celebration Week (ECW), we have organized an interesting workshop for our employees, and it was the Graffiti Workshop. 

We hired one external vendor who was guiding us how to make graffiti designs on the wall. It was so amazing to see such a beautiful creation on our hotel campus wall done by our employees...

ECW - Day 02 @ INCS - Beach Volleyball Game

An interesting part of our Employee Celebration Week (ECW) is a sport event for our employees. Like last year, this year also we have organized a very sporty event - beach volleyball game. We organized the game at Kovalam Beach, Chennai.

Thanks to one of our employee who had organized the place with necessary arrangements, and finally our employees really enjoyed the day....

An emotional part of our Employees Celebration Week (ECW) is when our care for employees becomes visible through a small gesture with love and affection, and that is none other than serving food by the leadership team.

This time we had an interesting theme to make our employees excited and entertained, and we had chosen BAHUBALI theme for our lunch service.
