Fire Safety Training @ Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad

In the second week of June' 2014, we conducted a Fire Safety Training Session along with Mock Drill Practice for our employees at Aditya Hometel. 

The employees were first given a brief explanation about the fire - class, extinguishers, handling process, FRT and ERT, and later a demo of fire extinguishing was shown by myself and security incharge of the hotel.

It was a fruitfull session with lots of knowledge on fire safety.

Motivational Workshop for our Employees @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 14th June (Saturday), we had a Motivational Workshop conducted at Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. The workshop was mainly based on how to get motivated at work all the time. This workshop was conducted by Dr. P. S. Subas Chandran, who is a renowned journalist and biographer. 

Employees of Radisson HITEC City, Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel attended the workshop.

Staffs Appreciation Day @ Aditya Hometel

On 13 June'14 (Friday) we conducted Staff Appreciation Day at Aditya Hometel in Banquet Hall 2. On that day we have shown motivational videos to our employees alongside the funny elements.  We also played a game for our lady employees.

Best Employees of the Month awards were distributed to winners by Hotel Manager.

Quiz Competition @ Aditya Park

On 17th May 2014, I conducted a Visual Quiz Competition among House Keeping employees of Aditya Park Hotel. It was a fantastic session with lots of energy and curiosity seen among participants. 

My purpose of conducting such was to take away the time of employees from their busy schedule so as to motivate and enjoy at work.

Drawing Competition on Occasion of Environment Day

We organized a drawing competition on 03 June' 2014, among our employees at Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. Some of the employees put their real effort to portray the message of Save Environment through their drawings.

3rd Annual day Celebration @ Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City

Yesterday, on 06 June' 2014, we celebrated our hotel's Third Annual Day. It was taken place at Crystal Hall, which is in ground floor in Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. 

The celebration happened with series of cultural activities like dances, songs and award distributions. Chief Guest was Mr. Yoganand (Managing Director) and other invitees were Mr. Nikam, CEO of our Hotel, Mr. Sriram, GM of Aditya Park, Mr. Richard Rajesh, Hotel Manager of Aditya Hometel and Mr. Tarun Dacha, Corporate Executive Chef.

The function started with lamp lighting followed by speech by guests and inaugural dance. This fun-filled evening was ended with mouth watering dinner, which was arranged for all the employees.
