Tirupati BALAJI Darshan.......

Tirupati Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is a famous Hindu temple of Lord Vishnu in the form of Lord Venkateswara located in the hill town Tirumala, near Tirupati in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India.

The temple is situated on Venkatadri, one of the seven hills of Tirumala, and hence is also known as the Temple of Seven Hills (Saptagiri). Pilgrims avail two ways of going for Darshana from Tirupati to Tirumala Hill, one by buses which are available all the time (little lesser during the night time) and another one is by walk through Saptagiri.

The interesting fact is climbing 7 hills and reaching to Balaji Temple is to have thrilling experience, it takes approx 4 hours to reach. On the way while climbing seven hills you will have magnificent view of hill elevations, natural sceneries, deer safari, and many more small small temples.

The temple is reportedly the richest and the most visited place of worship in the world.
The temple is visited by about 50,000 to 100,000 pilgrims daily (3 to 4 crore people annually on an average).

I went on 25th December' 2010. This was the 6th time when I went to Tirupati for Balaji Darshan.

My Sincere Contribution to previous employer repays worst way....

It was almost two months I resigned from my previous organization, where I was working as Lecturer for the Department of Hotel Management.
...
I worked there for four and half years. I had been contributing myself for all the activities over there, whether it is teaching or any other administrative activities.
...
I did not allow anyone to point out finger at me and found the mistakes, so that they can blame me for my work. Yes of course I got many helping hands during my tenure of service over there. My colleagues in own department as well as other departments helped me a lot in all aspects.
..
In the month of October, while one National Inspection Team visited that organization, I put my resignation letter just before that. On request by the management and also after realizing the scenario of inspection, I decided to leave that organization after the inspection only, and the management agreed to my word.

They promised to do my clearance once the inspection would be over.
And the day came, inspection got over, people were waiting to know about the inspection status.
I did my clearance from all the authorities as prescribed by the Management. All my clearance was done successfully, and I  was waiting to receive my Salary and deposit.
..
...
Month gone..another month came.... When I am eagerly waiting for my deposit and salary to be credited in my account as per management rule, I came to know that they have changed the rule.... And the Rule is whoever is leaving the organization anytime before May month, they can get their salary only after May month of every year.....Too disappointed...
..
Is there any other organization which has a habit of changing its own rule frequently without informing its staff members.

There were different rules for different employees...I myself badly experienced. Let me give a small example - when i joined I had to deposit my original certificates as well as one month salary, but at the same time my colleagues who joined, they deposited only certificate, no  salary..and after two years they took their certificate too, by making so called top management fool.
..
Anyways I do not want to express my frustration here. It is a bitter experience for me, hope in future I can step forward carefully....
..
..
But friends, I will share a note with you today, it is really meaningful and worthy too...

Someone said that.......
"Love your Job, but don't fall in Love with your Company/Organization, because you do not know when your Company will stop loving you".....
..
....
.......
Today I am telling you friends, the above quote is 100% correct...Believe it....
My sincere contribution to my previous employer is repaying me in this worst way.....

TEN EMPLOYEE TRAINING TIPS......

TEN EMPLOYEE TRAINING TIPS
Any Organization is said to be incomplete without their Employees Training. Well-trained employees are the key to every small business success.
Studies have shown that the most successful, productive employees are those who have received extensive training. They’re the creamy layer of the strongest stake in the company’s future.
In Practical Scenario, you would be able to hire people who already possess the exact skills your business needs, but in today’s competitive labour market, demand for skilled workers far exceeds than supply.
And my dear friends let me tell you……That’s where the training comes in.
Not only does instruction arm your employees with needed professional or technical skills, but it also shows that you are invested in them and interested in bringing them with you into the company’s future.
This helps to remain workers motivated, inspired, involved and updated with latest happenings.
To successfully launch an Employee Training Program in your own company, follow these 10 useful tips:
1.      Stress training as investment: - Many companies take training as a reason for expense rather than an investment. But it is true that training can be costly up front, it's a long-term investment in the growth and development of your human resources.
2.      Determine your needs: - Before planning for any training first ask yourself, “How will this training eventually prove beneficial to the company?” Repeat this process as your organization needs change.
3.      Promote a culture of learning: - Make sure that the employees aware of the needs of training. Communicate your expectations that all employees should take the necessary steps to upgrade their skills and stay on top of their professions or fields of work.
4.      Get management involved: - Once you design a prioritized list of training topics that specifies key needs within your company, you must convince management to support the initiative.
5.      Start out with Small: - Before rolling out your training program to the masses, rehearse with a small group of users and gather their feedback. This gives you the shortcomings towards achieving benchmark standard.
6.      Quality Instructors and Materials: - A professional educator/Instructor is advised to appoint for Training. Having the right training materials is also important — after the training is over, these materials become valuable resources for trainees.
7.      Find the Right Space: - Select a training location that’s conducive to learning. Choose an environment that helps employees to receive training without any barriers.
8.      Clarify Connections: - Some employees may feel that the training they're receiving isn't relevant to their job. It’s important to help them understand the connection early on, so they don’t view the training sessions as a waste of valuable time. Employees should see the training as an important addition to their professional portfolios. Award people with completion certificates at the end of the program.
9.      Make it ongoing: - Don’t limit training only to new employees. Organized, ongoing training programs will maintain all employees’ skill levels, and continually motivate them to grow and improve professionally.
10.  Measure results: - Don’t forget to measure the training results. Without measurable results, it’s almost useless to view training as anything but an expense. Determine what kind of growth or other measure is a reasonable result of the training you provide.

WHY EMPLOYEES LEAVE ORGANISATIONS ?

One day I was going through my official e-mail in my New Job, and I found one interesting mail consisting one Brilliant Article of Ajim Premji, CEO of Wipro.
After going through it, I was overwhelmed and realized that why do employees leave an organization.
I am talking about the employees who are experienced, have sense of humor,  self confident, and know better about their specialization.
..
...
I am sharing the ARTICLE to everyone...
...

WHY EMPLOYEES LEAVE ORGANIZATIONS ? - Azim Premji, CEO- Wipro

Every company faces the problem of people leaving the company for better pay or profile.

Early this year, Mark, a senior software designer, got an offer from a prestigious international firm to work in its India operations developing specialized software. He was thrilled by the offer.

He had heard a lot about the CEO. The salary was great. The company had all the right systems in place employee-friendly human resources (HR) policies, a spanking new office, and the very best technology, even a canteen that served superb food.

Twice Mark was sent abroad for training. "My learning curve is the sharpest it's ever been," he said soon after he joined.

Last week, less than eight months after he joined, Mark walked out of the job.

Why did this talented employee leave ?

Arun quit for the same reason that drives many good people away.

The answer lies in one of the largest studies undertaken by the Gallup Organization. The study surveyed over a million employees and 80,000 managers and was published in a book called "First Break All The Rules". It came up with this surprising finding:

"If you're losing good people, look to their immediate boss ......Immediate boss is the reason people stay and thrive in an organization. And he’s the reason why people leave. When people leave they take knowledge, experience and contacts with them, straight to the competition."

"People leave Managers not Companies," write the authors Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman.

Mostly manager drives people away?

HR experts say that of all the abuses, employees find humiliation the most intolerable. The first time, an employee may not leave, but a thought has been planted. The second time it happens, that thought gets strengthened. The third time, he looks for another job.

Always remember one thing in life.........

"TALENTED MEN LEAVE, DEAD WOOD DOES NOT".

Here are some photos of St. Marteen Airport. The planes impress most people on the beach, flying over just seconds before touching down at Princess Juliana airport. Paradise for the beach lovers, having a lovely tropical beach, and for the aviation fanatics that spend hours on end observing the very low flying skills of giant commercial plane pilots.
