Team Building Activities @ Radisson {04 th time December'14}

On 23rd December 2014, we conducted a series of Team Building Games and Activities for our employees at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. It was in the evening when we gathered the employees in one of our Banquet Hall to play the following games with learnings.

1. Guess My Mobile No - From this activity the learnings are Creativity, New Ideas, Time Frame
2. Bite Me - Learnings are Planning, Achieving Targets, Creativity
3. Don't Blow the Joker - Learnings are Having Patience, Concentration, Achieving Goals

These activities I already conducted for my employees in earlier organization and also for my previous set of employees. It was overall worked as energy booster for the participants with lots of learnings.

Christmas Decoration @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

Like every year, this year too we have Christmas decoration across the hotel, in lobby, in restaurants and also in our staff cafeteria.  
Our team of Chefs made the fantastic Ginger Bread House, which is placed at the entrance of our restaurant. Our House Keeping team with the help of Front Office set the Christmas Tree with decoration in the Lobby, which gives a magnificent Christmas feel.

Activities for Employees @ Radisson HITEC City {Third time in Dec'14}

On 22 December' 2014, we have conducted few team building activities for our food and beverage service employees. The activities were conducted with supervision of our Restaurant Managers. Our employees were highly motivated and charged after the activities conducted for them.
It was a great relief for them after the hectic work schedules.







Fun based "Minutes to Win It" activity for Team @ RDHC

On 18th December 2014, I have conducted a fun based activity for our F&B employees, named "MOVE BY BALLOON - AIR". It was actually "Minutes to Win it" Game and of course fun based. 
The method to play this game is ........ There will be groups, members have to blow their balloon and with the help of balloon air they need to move the array of disposable cups (kept on a table in a row) out of the table.
This activity teaches the planning, work in time frame and optimum utilization of given resources.

Executive Chef's Farewell @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

It was 15th December 2014, the last day at work for Mr. Vikas Grover, The Executive Chef. After completing a journey of 3 years in Radisson HITEC City, Chef decided to move on for further growth. His team members were in tears to bid farewell to Chef Grover. 

Team of Food and Beverage were gathered to do official farewell to our chef.

Personally I feel that he is the best chef among others whom I have worked with till date. Good luck and good wishes to you chef.








Christmas celebration @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On the Day of Christmas' 2014, our restaurant displayed an array of special dishes prepared by our team of chefs.

Radisson Brand Training Program - "Yes I Can!"

On 10th December 2014, we had a Brand Training Program for Radisson Group which is known as "Yes I Can!". Yes I can! is the brand philosophy with positive service attitude, which is found in all Radisson Hotels across the globe. 
In Radisson HITEC City, the program was condcuted by Mr. Agnihotri, Associate Director-Training, Carlson Rezidor, South Asia.
It was a fantastic half day session which was also fun filled and with lots of inputs in it. Hats off to trainer, who taught not only the core purpose of "Yes I Can!", but also he taught how to conduct a session with variety of unique inputs.
