Town Hall Meet of February 2015 @ RDHC

Today, we conducted the Town Hall Meet for our employees in one of our banquet venue. We had series of activities and fun based games to cheer up the team throughout.

The agenda for the meet was:

* Welcome address by General Manager

* Revenue Discussion of last month

* Discussion of Guest Satisfaction Index (through Guest Comment Cards)

* On-going hotel promotions

* Certificate distribution to the winner of Quiz Competition conducted last month

* Gift distribution to the winner of Drawing Competition.

* Details of Events and Activities conducted as HR Initiatives.

* Giving away "Best Employee of the Month" awards to the winners.

* Giving Away "Special Appreciation Letters" to our Customer Heros.

* Shown an interesting video clip on "Guest Satisfaction - More Personalized, not Mechanized"

* Welcoming new team members 

* Cake cutting for birthday babies along with fun-based activities and multi-wishes form the audience.

* High Tea session for the employees at the end.

Kashmiri Food Festival @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

We at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad, are inviting you all to experience "Daawat-E-Wazwaan" - The Culinary Taste of Kashmiri Cuisine in our all day dining restaurant "Cascade". 

This food festival is started from 12th February 2015 and will continue till 20th February 2015.

Valentines Day Special @ Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City

ESIC Pehchan Card Camp for Employees @ RDHC

On 07th February 2015, we organized "E.S.I.C. Pehchan Card Camp" for our employees (who are covered under EST Scheme) and their family members in Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. 

Dedicated personnel from ESI office of Hyderabad came and carried out the entire procedure for enrollment and data verification for the employees and their family members.

ESIC Pehchan Card helps the employees to enroll their family members also under ESIC Scheme. All insured persons will be issued with two magnetic cards, one for the insured person and the other for the family members. 

Central database will be created with demographic and biometric details of insured persons and their families.

Employee Activity @ RDHC (2nd Session in Feb' 2015)

On 03rd February' 2015, I conducted another series of activities for our employees of Food and Beverage in one of our banquet venue.

I always enjoy conducting activities with food and beverage team, not because my specialization was in F&B Service, but for the energy F&B team carries all the time. 

The activities conducted were:

* Marshmallows and Chopstick Game: - It was just fun based energizer

* Beware of Land-mines!! - Team building game with learnings of Communication with team, Planning, coordination and Team work.

Employee Activity@ RDHC (1st Session in Feb'15)

On 02nd February 2015, I conducted a series of activity for our House Keeping employees to boost their mind with lots of fun.

We conducted the following activities:

* Birthday Line Up - It was very much fun based with learnings of Coordination, Communication and Time bound.

*  Act-O-Mime - It was also fun based activity with lots of concentration, communication with team members, ways of expressions and Innovative Thinking.

Walkathon for a Cause

On 01st February' 2015, We, the employees of Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City participated in a 5 kilometers Walkathon organized by the Rotary Club of India near Masab Tank, Hyderabad. 

The purpose of this walkathon was to create the awareness of increasing literacy percentage in India to 100%, for which more than 2000 + people across the city actively particpated in the event.

From our hotel approximately 28 members took part in the event.
