Vinayaka Chaturthi celebration @ Radisson HITEC City

17 September 2015, a festive day of Vinayaka Chaturthi is celebrated through-out India. It is one of the important and most celebrated Hindu festival of India. This festival is celebrated to worship elephant head God, Lord Ganesha.

Although this festival is celebrated all over India, but the Grand and elaborate celebration happens mostly in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Kerala and Odisha.

Some of the abroad countries also celebrate the same, especially where the Indian resides.

Like every year, this year also we celebrated "Vinayaka Chaturthi" in our hotel Radisson HITEC City with Lord Ganesh Puja. 

Blood Donation Camp organized at Radisson HITEC City, Hyderabad

On 09 September' 2015, as a part of our CSR activity, we have organized a Blood Donation Camp inside the hotel campus of Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. The camp was conducted by RED CROSS SOCIETY BLOOD BANK, Telangana State Branch. 

A team of four doctors and their assistants were there to conduct the camp with their equipments. A total of 27 employees donated their blood {which would be approximate amount of 9.45 liters of blood}.

All the donors will be provided with Donors Card and an appreciation letter to each donor signed by Governor of Telangana.

Every year, Radisson HITEC City organizes the same in coordination with red Cross Society. 

Our employees feel happy to donate the blood, as it is going to be used for some needy people in the society.

Team Building Activities for our employees in August'2015

On 21st August' 2015, I have conducted a series of team building activities and games for our employees at Radisson HITEC City. 

Following activities were conducted:

* Act-o-Mime - An energizer to boost up the energy of every individual , also to take out the leadership quality from within.

* Birthday Line-up - Asking all participants to stand up in a line and instructing them to stand one behind another according to their date of birth, but the participants can not talk among each other. Here the learnings are coordination, non-verbal communication, presence of mind.

Radisson HITEC City won "APL- 2015"

On 29th August 2015, we participated in a Cricket Tournament organized among the three hotels of Manjeera Group, named Radisson HITEC City, Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel. The tournament was organized in Sanatnagar, GHMC stadium. 

There were four teams (one each from Radisson and Hometel and two teams from Aditya Park). There were group matches among the team and the final match at the end.

Team Radisson HITEC City was the winner and Aditya Hometel was runner up. 

MAN OF THE MATCH was given to Mr. Divyajyoti Majumder of Radisson.
