Breaking the monotonous way of conducting Quiz Competition. In today's digital era, we tech-savy individuals who can't live without mobile, have organized a "Digital Quiz Competition" on Le Club Accor Hotels (Guest Loyalty Program by Accor Hotels) for our employees at Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot. Graduation Ceremony of New Gen Leaders 2016 Batch

Recently we have organized a Graduation Day for our two of New Gen Leaders who were undergoing the fast track development program for 18 months and finally they achieved their success. We organized the graduation day along with the hotel's Annual Day.

The parents were invited to be witness the event and can share their thoughts about the program which their kids were undergoing.

Welcoming of our New Batch of AELP 2018 @ INCS

On 23 January 2018, we welcomed our new batch of AELP (Accor Hotels Emerging Leadership Program) candidates at Novotel Ibis Chennai Sipcot. The candidates were selected through a tough screening process of assessment.

On the welcoming day the candidates were welcomed by a letter from General Manager, program guideline kit by their HODs and the gift by talent & culture team, over a high-tea.

A Brilliant Graduation Ceremony for our AELP Candidates @ INCS

AELP is 'Accor Hotel Emerging Leadership Program', which is meant for the associates of our hotel who would like excel their skills to become team leaders through the program. We at Novotel-Ibis Chennai sipcot, had a batch of AELP 2017, whose graduation was done in presence of department heads in our Town Hall Meet. It was a proud moment for the candidates to be successfully graduated.
