On September 14, 2011, I attended a workshop on "Business Etiquette & Cross Culture" in Bangalore. Ms. Suneeta Kanga was the Resource Person for the workshop. Ms. Suneeta Kanga had been the air-hostess for AIR INDIA and had carried out her duties to take personal care for National VIP dignitaries. Presently she is working as "Grooming Consultant" for GCM Worldwide, An Event Management Company, which is of Delhi base.
The entire workshop was based on the basic etiquettes to be maintained in all the business meetings and dealings for the entire corporate people. It was a wonderful session, especially when it was ended with the Cross Culture across the Globe.....

It is obvious that most of us are unaware of the various culture followed by different counties. One country's culture can be taken as offence in another country.
