Yesterday we celebrated "International Women's Day" with our Women Employees and HODs.
We conducted few activities throughout the celebration, here are those...
a) We welcomed our women staffs with a pair of balloons
b) Had short messages about "Women's Day" delivered by each HODs and GM.
c) Conducted Games: - "Hot Pepper", "Cup the Ball", "Blind Find", "Do the Don't".
d) Gift distribution to all our women employees by GM and HODs.
e) "Tell it Frankly" - Open forum discussion by ladies with the HODs related to work environment, suggestions, feedback, expectations from the Management, etc.
f) All the participants were offered pastries with tea at the end of the session.
