Food Production Activity............"Blind Testing"....

Early of this April Month, I have conducted an activity in our hotel only for our Food Production Staffs in one of our Banquet Halls. It was fun based but to test their professionalism in terms of identifying the raw materials.
The activity name was "BLIND TESTING". In this activity there will be kitchen ingredients like spices, herbs, cereals and pulses in different variety in small bowls individually. Total no of ingredients have to be more than 50 numbers, in order to make participants confuse to give answers. Ingredients should be segregated in different trays for touching and smelling.
Participants have to touch and smell the ingredients individually and tell the names of them. Resource person or trainer has to write the score accordingly and winner will be the person with highest number of correct names of ingredients.
