On 16th July' 2013, I conducted Town Hall Meet for May & June months at our Banquet hall "Summit - II". The agenda for the meet was to discuss and share the followings with all our staffs:
1. Revenue / Sales for the previous month.
2. Guests' Comments Cards Analysis and their ratings against the facilities provided.
3. On going promotions at our food and beverage outlets.
4. Welcoming New Joinees on board.
5. Staff's birthday celebration.
6. Events and Happenings at ASPH for the last month.
7. HR Initiatives and activities conducted last month.
8. Few moments of celebration shown through slide show (we celebrated our hotel's Annual Day on 06th June' 2013)
9. Giving away Best Employee of the Month Awards (Certificates were distributed by General Manager)
10. Giving away special appreciation letters to employees, who received direct recognition by guests through comments cards.
