On 17th August' 2013, we have conducted a Town Hall Meet for our employees at Aditya Park, Hyderabad.
There was series of agendas to discuss with staffs along with motivational videos. In brief the followings were done.
- Financial Review of July’ 2013 (A Brief discussion and employee awareness on income and expenditure
- On going F&B Promotions at Hotel.
- Shown funny but Inspirational videos
- Welcoming New Team Members on board.
- Giving away awards for Best Employee of the Month.
- Gift distribution to employees who participated in Drawing Competition conducted on 14th August’ 2013.
- Gift distribution to Employees who actiely participated in “Shramadana”, an initiative taken by HR Department inorder to have cleanliness environment in the hotel premises.
- Certificate distribution to the participants of “Supervisory Development Program” conducted in June’ 2013.
- Staff's Birthday Celebration.
GM, Mr. Bhusan Kumud and HR Manager, Mr. Koshraj Gurung had given away the awards and certificates to the awardees.
