Activity for Food Production Employees @ Hotel Aditya Park

Today we had conducted an interesting training activity for our F&B Service and Food Production employees. The activity is called as "BLIND TESTING", where an array of 40 food ingredients will be displayed in bowls. Participants will be blind folded and asked to identify the ingredients by either touching or smelling.
It is a fun-based activity from which we can learn about doing work in various other way and also can identify various things in alternative way. This activity also teaches us that even though we are comfortable at our daily and regular work, but when the working culture or medium is changed, the regular work seems to be unknown or difficult.
