On 17th September 2014, we conducted our Town Hall Meet of September 2014 in one of our Banquet Hall. The agenda for the Town Hall Meet was given below:

- Revenue Discussion of previous months
- Discussion on Guest Comments Card Analysis
- Welcoming New Joinees to hotel
- Discussing hotel's On-going promotions
- Birthday Celebration of Last month's birthday babies
- Giving away the awards for "Best Employee of the Month"
- Distributed with special appreciation letters to our customer heros
- A Video presentation on Carlson Values Day 2014 celebration
- Highlight on Leadership skills and leaders
- A quiz contest among the participants
- Hi-tea session for all the employees.
