On 6th January' 2015, I conducted a series of Team Building Activities for our food and beverage employees in one of our big banquet hall. The following competitions were arranged.
1) Drawing Competition - Employees were given chart papers and pencils to draw anything which relates to Hotel Industry. The best drawing was awarded.
2) Acting with Foods - This is fun based activity with lots of concentration, menu knowledge, innovative thinking, and various ways of expressions.
3) Paper Bridge - This activity binds the participants as a team. Through this activity learnings come out are Coordination, Planning, Creativity, Team Management and achieving goals.
