This Christmas, we had fun based surprise, named "Surprise Gift Exchange" for ourselves in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. The actual idea was given by our newly joined Executive Chef.
All HODs along with the General Manager participated to be an active member of Surprise Gift Exchange on occasion of Christmas.
The process goes in this way.............
All participant's name written in a chit individually were kept in bowl. Participants were asked to pick up the chit randomly and they were briefed to purchase the gift for the HOD / participant, whose name was written in the chit.
The value of the gift was decided to an amount which was agreed upon by all the participants. Participants were also warned not to share the names to others, to keep the rule of this exercise active (having secret).
The gifts were accumulated and distributed to participants on the next day of Christmas. People who received the gifts, came to know the person who gifted him / her on the last day itself.
After the gift exchange we had a lovely high tea session.
It was a fantastic activity....
