Activity "Blind Testing" for Kitchen Employees @ Radisson HITEC City

Recently, I have conducted an activity for our Food Production Employees at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad on 06 August 2015. 
Name of the activity is "BLIND TESTING", in which three types of testing of ingredients will be done by our food production employees - TASTE, TOUCH and SMELL.
The participants had to smell, taste and touch the given ingredients and had to say the name of each ingredient. 
But the funniest part is the participants have to be blindfolded while performing this activity. It is actually easy to sense and say the ingredients, but we are blindfolded, even though we are thorough with all ingredients by name, taste and touch we fail to identify them.
Our employees enjoyed the activity very much, in fact I would personally thank some of the kitchen employees who actively volunteered to gather the ingredients and keep the misc-en-place ready for the activity.
