Employee of the Month - July' 2011

Here we go once again........For the excellence in Job performance, Mr. Jegan R. of F&B Production Dept. and Mr. Venkatesan C. of Engineering & Maintenance Dept. were received the Best Employee of the Month Award from our General Manager.

Also for the extra ordinary performance done by Ms. Jayalakshmi (Housemaid) as her daily performance was appreciated by one of our foreigner guest, was given away an appreciation letter and Reward money.

Carving Competition @ Rennaaissancce Sarovar Portico...

Today (05.08.2011) I have arranged for a Carving Competition among our Kitchen staff at Open Restaurant besides the Swimming Pool. It was very interesting and serious competition when we managers including GM joined for the same, although we were not able to bring our carving products as good as our kitchen staffs but  few carvings were really appreciable. The first three winners were given prizes for their wonderful carving creation... The funniest part is the prizes which we gave them was Kitchen knives...something different from the other usual gift items.
