Fire Fighting Session for Aditya Hometel Employees

Today, post lunch hour we have conducted a Fire Fighting Training Session for our employees. The session was in two segments, first was to describe about the basics of fire including the components, classes, extinguishers, E.R.T. and F.R.T. and the second segment was practical fire mock drilling session.

All the employees are benefited with enormous knowledge of Fire Safety Precautions to be taken in Hotel.

Vinayaka Chaturthi Celebration @ Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad

09 September 2013, Sri Vinayaka Chaturthi: We celebrated the day by offering puja to Lord Ganesha at our Aditya Group of Hotels. All the three hotels of Sarovar in Hyderabad (Aditya Sarovar Premiere, Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel) celebrated this auspicious day.

Below mentioned pictures were of Puja celebration at Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad, where along with the employees and General Manager, the owner was also present for the puja.

Staff Appreciation Day @ AHH

On 05th September' 2013 (Thursday), we celebrated Staff's Appreciation Day at Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad. This day we celebrate by giving awards and certificates to our employees who performed very well in previous months and whose names are being reflected in Guest Comments Card on daily basis. 

We had a series of appreciations and awards, we started by giving Star Performers Award to winners for previous three months, followed by special appreciation letters to certain staffs.

We also distributed gifts to the winners of Carom Competition and Painting Competition winners at the same time, finally we had tambola played among employees followed by high tea sessions.

Employee Team Building Activities @ HPO

On the last day of August' 2013, I conducted some employee oriented team building activities for Sales Team of Aditya Park & Aditya Hometel and Staffs & HODs of Aditya Park Hotel separately.

Employees had fun with energizers. All the activities conducted were to focus on certain learnings to convey. We had the following activities...

01. Ping Pong Po - Funny but teaches how to achieve targets, concentrations, changing strategies, etc.

02. Blind Drawing - Conveys how to have an effective communication skill and coordination.

03. Broken Bridge - A perfect team management qualities to learn to achieve targets.

04. Fanning Eggs - Fun based with logical thinking.

05. Move -n- Pass  - Fun based team coordination.

All these activities I had already conducted in my previous organizations, where I worked and had received a tremendous success response from employees.
