Executive Chef's Farewell @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

It was 15th December 2014, the last day at work for Mr. Vikas Grover, The Executive Chef. After completing a journey of 3 years in Radisson HITEC City, Chef decided to move on for further growth. His team members were in tears to bid farewell to Chef Grover. 

Team of Food and Beverage were gathered to do official farewell to our chef.

Personally I feel that he is the best chef among others whom I have worked with till date. Good luck and good wishes to you chef.

Christmas celebration @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

Radisson Brand Training Program - "Yes I Can!"

On 10th December 2014, we had a Brand Training Program for Radisson Group which is known as "Yes I Can!". Yes I can! is the brand philosophy with positive service attitude, which is found in all Radisson Hotels across the globe. 

In Radisson HITEC City, the program was condcuted by Mr. Agnihotri, Associate Director-Training, Carlson Rezidor, South Asia.

It was a fantastic half day session which was also fun filled and with lots of inputs in it. Hats off to trainer, who taught not only the core purpose of "Yes I Can!", but also he taught how to conduct a session with variety of unique inputs.

Swaccha Bharat – Green Clean Campaign by Radisson HITEC City

Yesterday, on 14^th December 2014, once again we came down to the road of our hotel surroundings to carry on with Cleaning Campaign of Swaccha Bharat, which was initiated by the Prime Minister of India. It is so true that if every responsible organization or company or individuals in team shows extreme interest towards cleanliness of their surroundings, then definately one day our 'Bharat' will become 'Swaccha'. 

Going a step ahead, Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad has adopted an area of 500 meters of road from hotel towards DLF building to clean on daily basis by two of our dedicated employees of House Keeping (of our payroll). This is not for just one time, but for ever.

Yesterday, we, a team of selected employees took part in the cleaning campaign to join our two dedicated staffs and also to motivate them for the work which they are doing on daily basis.

Free Dental Check-up camp @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 12^th December 2014, we conducted a Free Dental Check-up Camp for our employees and their families in Radisson HITEC City, Hyderabad. The eminent doctors of “Vasan Dental Care Hospital” extended their sincere help to make this initiative successful. Most of our employees were benefited of this camp.

Team Building Activities with F&B – Banquet Team

On 11^th December’ 2014, I have conducted a Team Building Activity with our food and beverage – banquet team. Name of the activity was “Paper Sky Scraper”. The participants had to play in a team and make the tallest tower out of given articles (Newspaper, tape and a pin).

We witnessed the outcome of team building, coordination, patience, goat setting, and so on.
