Fire Safety Training to Staffs in Aug' 2015

On 5th August' 2015, we organized a Fire Safety Training Session for our employees at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. The session was conducted by Mr. K. Sudhakar, Security Manager of our hotel. 
As a part of periodic training program once in three months we do conduct the 'Fire Safety Session' for our employees. The main purpose of the session was to make our employees aware of safety and security procedures when any emergency situation (especially FIRE) occurs in the premises.

Staff Activities during Orientation Program

On July 29, I conducted few team building activities among our new joinees during their Orientation Program. The activities were to test their soft skills, e.g. leadership skill, motivational skill, communication skill, Handling colleagues, Time Management, Team work, etc. All the activities were fun-based, but with lots of learnings.

At the end of the day, I felt very happy as because the new joinees were relaxed to be part of the activity, since there were lots of technical aspects to learn about the hotel and the facilities all-together and their mind was literally blocked.

Birthday Celebration of Chief Engineer @ RDHC

22nd July 2015, it was the birthday of Mr. Kasi Rao, Chief Engineer of Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. We celebrated his birthday by cake cutting in the evening in one of our boardroom in presence of all HODs and General Manager.

Another feather on the cap of Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. 

Very recently, we have received "Certificate of Excellence - 2015 winner" award from Trip Advisor, one of the leading travel website in the world. 

It was a great achievement for us, as this popular travel website allows the travelers and guests to give their unbiased and heartfelt feedbacks to put on the Trip advisor site, so that the rest of the world can read through and get to know about it in details. And needless to say, they only get the excellence certificate who showcase the same in real.

Kudos to the team of Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad......

I was going through an article in Times of India where it said "A child's laughter haunted an entire family", I found it very interesting as it was eye catching headline, so I started to read the news. As I was reading further and further I was not able to hold my laugh, espicialy after reading the last paragraph.

Town hall meet - July 2015 @ Radisson HITEC City

On July 25, we conducted Town Hall Meet for this month in one of our Banquet Hall - Crystal in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. This time it was Food & Beverage Service team, who conducted the meet. They added up some special performances alongside the regular features like revenue discussion, on-going promotions, birthday celebration, welcoming new joinees, employee of the month awards, etc. etc.

There are many employees of F&B service actively participated in singing and dancing performances, and they were appreciated by the audience. 

There was a special appreciation to Mr. Giri, one of our H/K Associate, who had shown the "work with integrity" by handing a valuable lost and found cash amount of a guest.

My Birthday Celebration at Office

It was 8th July, my birth date (although I am going to let others know my year of birth), at office after the regular morning meeting with department heads, I had my birthday celebration twice at my work place, first with all HODs and General Manager and second within the department... 

Another lovely day, almighty God has given..... Thank you God..

Mongolian Food Festival @ CASCADE

From today onwards, we have started our another food festival in The Oriental Blossom (Award Winning Specialty Chinese Restaurant) named, "The Mongolian Festival" for lunch and dinner. Packages with special affordable price are being offered for varieties of Mongolian Cuisine...

KBC Food Festival

Very recently we have just organized a Food Festival in our 'All Day Dining Restaurant - CASCADE' named KBC (Kababs, Biryanis and Curries). To tease the taste buds of Hyderabadis on occasion of Ramadan and also for the festive season, we had the KBC festival.

Statistics says, KBC brought us more guests than earlier days.....
