Town Hall Meet of October' 2015 @ RDHC

We have conducted the Town Hall Meet of October 2015 on 20th October. This time the meet had some special inclusions with certain deletions too.

Other than the regular discussions with the employees on Revenues, G.S.I. Scores, Birthday Celebration, Special Appreciations, Initiatives and Activities, we h.ad add on award categories for Executives and Managers. 

Also we had a quick fun based activity in groups to energize the team, which was really enjoyable. 

This time Best Employee of the Month (Front of the House) went to Mr. Venugopal of House Keeping Department, whereas the same for Back of the House went to Mr. Satya Singh of Food Production Department.

Best Executive of the Quarter was awarded to Ms. Sherinaz of Front Office Department and Best Manager of the Quarter was awarded to Mr. Rajesh Singh of Front Office Department.

Eye Check-up Camp organized by Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 14 October' 2015, we have organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp in hotel campus for all our employees and their family members. 

The cam was conducted by the doctors of Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital, Hyderabad.  Post check-up, free consultation was also offered along with a special 50% Discount coupon issued to all for using this facility in hospital in future.

Toward employee initiatives from our Personnel Department this was our another step in October' 2015.

Team Building Activities for Employees - October' 2015

On 10th October 2015, I conducted few Team Building Activities for our employees at Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. Team building activities help employees to stay motivated at work and increases their efficiency level. It also acts as a stress buster at times. 

Employees from all departments were present to be part of the games and activities. The activities conducted were:

01. Ping Pong Po - Fun based energizer to cheer up the participants with learnings of Planning, Concentration and Focusing on achieving goals.

02. Move-N-Pass - A Great team building activity, very easy to conduct with less resources. The learnings from this activity are Coordination with team, time management, planning, reaching target, and team work.

03. Lazy Snake - An activity which focuses on Communication among the team members, also to have proper coordination with team. This activity reflects the overall team work.
