Team Building Activities for employees - November' 2015

It has been a constant practice to motivate our employees at work through various initiatives and activities, in Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City. I feel always overwhelmed when I see our employees are energetic and passionate to take up any new chalenges at work. To keep them inspired continuously I take initiative to conduct frequent games and activities for them.

On 23rd November' 2015, I have conducted some activities for our employees.

* Nut Job – Funny Minutes to win game with Learning’s: Concentration, Time Bound, Planning.

* Move–N–Pass – A fun based team building activity with learning’s of Coordination, team work, time management

* Don’t Blow the Jocker – An energizer.

* Passing Channel – A complete Team building activity with coordination, planning, and team work.

* 4 C’s – A quick introduction process to one another with certain unique characteristics.

Our employees were extremely happy and enthusiastic to participate in the above activities. Here are some moments of the activities.

Christmas Cake mixing Ceremony @ Radisson HITEC City

Like every year, this year too we organized the Cake Mixing celebration for our upcoming Christmas season. The celebration took place in pre-function area of our banquet venue (Summit) in presence of employees, HODs, General Manager and invited guests.

The entire event was captured by several News Channel for broadcasting and publishing in News Paper.

A separate dining facility was extended for all the invitees in the venue.

The attraction was designs of Cake materials before mixing, it was a great team effort shown by team of Bakery section with the leadership of Chef Sayani.

Diwali Puja @ Radisson HITEC City

Diwali Puja in South India is nothing but  worshipping to Godess Lakshmi after Dussehra and during 'Deepavali'. This puja is part of our culture in hotel industry, to worship Godess Lakshmi for more money flowing in in terms of profits and sales.

We at Radisson Hyedrabad HITEC City celebrated the Puja in our Finance Section through the proper rituals and procedures.

Diwali Rangoli Decoration @ RDHC

On the festive season of Deepavali, we had the decoration in our Lobby. Our Hotel Lobby was decorated with eco-friendly rangoli (with marigold flowers, not with colored chemical powders) by Housekeeping team.

A hospitality team from Front Office and House Keeping visited every occupied guest room to wish our in house guests with Sweets and Tikka (kumkum). Guests were invited for Diwali Celebration at our hotel’s outer parking area, where guests along with our employees celebrated Diwali with low-sound crackers and no-sound fuljhadis.

Our cafeteria was decorated with Diwali Theme.

Diwali Gifts and Sweets Distribution to staffs

On occasion of Diwali Celebration, we at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad distributed Sweets and Diwali Gifts to all our employees. This practice is here for years. This year we chose to give branded travel bag as gift to every one. HODs were helping HR department to distribute the sweets & gifts to employees.

Employees were very happy to receive the gifts, here are some moments......

Bengali Food Festival @ Radisson Employee Cafe

We had the cafeteria food festival for our employees in staff cafeteria on 21 October 2015. The theme for the festival was of Bengali Theme. This time the cafeteria adoption was done by Team House Keeping.

They decorated the cafeteria with ethnic styles and designs. A special Bengali menu was planned to served with Buffet system, where team house keeping led by their department head took initiative to served food being behind the buffet.

Our employees enjoyed the food festival to core. Here are some moments of the festival....
