On 02 August 2014, we conducted a motivational workshop on Employee Motivation in Hospitality Industry. Dr. Subas Chandran was the eminent speaker for the workshop. The session was very much motivating for the employees who participated. 

Staff DJ Party @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 31st July 2014, We organized a DJ Party for our employees on occasion of achieving the best revenue for a month (than budgeted). Management of Radisson HITEC City was very happy to throw the staff party to motivate the employees.

On 22 July 2014, we celebrated the birthday our former Executive House Keeper Mr. Abdul Majid in presence of all the department heads with birthday cake cutting.

We conducted a Town Hall Meet for this Month  at our Summit banquet Hall in Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City on 27 July 2014. 

The agenda for this meet was from welcoming the new joinees, cake cutting and celebration of Birthday Babies, Revenue Discussion, On going Promotions and Events to Employee Appreciations and Awards, followed by a delicious Hi-tea session.

Green Clean Campaign @ Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City

On the day of World Environment Day (06 June), we, the employees and HODs of Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City took initiative to carry out with a campaign to clean the surrounding areas outskirt the hotel. This activity boosted the moral of our employees in terms of contributing to the society at large. For that day, the road cleaners of Municipality were exempted to carry out the cleaning works as we were doing the same on their behalf.
