Town Hall Meet of January' 2015 @ RDHC

On 31st January' 2015, we conducted the Town Hall Meet for January' 2015 in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. 

The agenda for this time Town Hall Meet was:

1. Revenue Discussion for Last month

2. Discussion of GSI Score

3. On-going promotions in our hotel

4. Certificate distribution to participants of Motivational Workshop condcuted last month.

5. Events and Happening in our hotel during last month.

6. Giving away "Best Employee of the Month" award.

7. Giving Away special Appreciation letters to our Customer heros.

8. Spreading Swine Flu Awareness and it's prevention precautions.

9. Welcoming New Team Members.

10. Cake Cutting for birthday babies with fun-based activities and multi-wishes from the audience.

11. High tea session for all the employees.

66th Republic Day Celebration at Radisson HITEC City

On 26th January' 2015, we celebrated our 66th Republic Day in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad, through Flag Hoisting. 

Mr. G. Yoganand, Managing Director was the Chief Guest for the event alongside our General Manager Mr. Subrata Banerjee. 

After the flag hoisting, sweets were distributed to the employees.

Medical Check-Up for the Employees of Radisson HITEC City

On 09th January' 2015, we organized a Free Medical Check-up Camp for our employees and their family members in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad.

The medical check-up was done by the panel of eight doctors of GLOBAL HOSPITALS, Hyderabad. 

Medical check-up includes random blood sugar, cardiology, gastroenteritis, blood pressure, ECG test, hypertension test, and general medicine test.

Post check-up, free consultation was also offered to the participants. also from Global Hospital, a special discount was offered to the employees who would like to utilize the further medical assistance for their family members.

F&B Quiz Competition at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 09th January' 2015, I conducted a Quiz Competition for our employees of Food & Beverage Service and Food Production in one of our Banquet venue. It was very much hurdle and tough for every group to win. 

We made foour teams and the names given to them were "MOMOS", "SAFFRON", "CADBURY" and "SUSHI".

There were 6 rounds for the quiz which was the combination of audio-visual and general questions.

The winning team was "MOMOS".

Team Building Activities @ Radisson {1st in January'15}

On 6th January' 2015, I conducted a series of Team Building Activities for our food and beverage employees in one of our big banquet hall. The following competitions were arranged.

1) Drawing Competition - Employees were given chart papers and pencils to draw anything which relates to Hotel Industry. The best drawing was awarded.

2) Acting with Foods - This is fun based activity with lots of concentration, menu knowledge, innovative thinking, and various ways of expressions.

3) Paper Bridge - This activity binds the participants as a team. Through this activity learnings come out are Coordination, Planning, Creativity, Team Management and achieving goals.
