Biggest Farewell to our Shortest Employee

Mr. Marshall Nongkynrih, Guest Service Associate working in House Keeping department was the most shortest employee in our hotel. Mr. Marshall hails from a small town of Meghalaya. He one of the most dedicated and hard working associate we had with us. He received several guest appreciations because of his dedication at work and honesty. 

After working for quiet long time in our hotel, he decided to move on for his career growth. 

The entire team of House Keeping bid his farewell on his last date at work, with cake cutting. 

We will definitely miss the charming small sweet guy in our House Keeping Department.

Swine Flu Vaccination Camp organized in Radisson HITEC City

On 07 October 2015, we organized Swine Flu Vaccination Camp for our employees and their family members. Going with the recent awareness on Swine Flu in the city, our organization, Radisson HITEC City had taken a proactive step to have precautionary measures by giving vaccinations to interested employees. 

The camp was conducted by the clinical professionals of Abbott Health-care. 

Market price of the said vaccination is quiet higher, however the contracted rate given to our employees was much affordable and cheaper. 

We witnessed many of our employees have taken the vaccination.

F&B Manager's Birthday Celebration @ RDHC

05th October 2015, Monday, our new Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Rajendra Kumar joined our hotel and coincidently on the same date he was born. Being in HR department, we seized the opportunity to celebrate his birthday along with all HODs and General Manager by Cake cutting. 

It was a rare scenario when a manager joined the organization on his birth date.

Town Hall Meet of September' 2015

Like every month, in September 2015 we conducted Town Hall Meet for our employees at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. This time the Town Hall Meet was organized by Food Production department of our hotel (as we have formed a rule of conducting town hall meet monthly by any one of the department) . 

The surprise element for the town hall meet was fastest Sandwich making competition in one minute, which was very exciting and fun-filled overall. Alongside we also had group singing performances done by kitchen employees.

Fire Safety & Emergency Evacuation Training for Employees

In September' 2015, we conducted a Training Session on "Fire Safety Mock Drill and Emergency Evacuation Procedure" in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. The session was conducted by Mr. K. Sudhakar, Security Manager of our Hotel. 

The session was divided into two parts - first a theoretical session on types of fire, extinguishers and their usages, Do's and Don'ts during fire in any place, FRT and ERT. The second part was completely on practical aspects, e.g. handling extinguishers and operating them on mock fire (small fire created to show demo), also a brief demonstration was shown on how to use fire hydrant and hose reel on emergency requirements. 

Few of our employees have practiced under the guidance of Security Manager. 

Overall the session was very much fruitful and informative to all the employees who participated actively.
