A Lesson to Learn for LIfetime......Nice Story......

The Mughal Emperor Akbar was one day out hunting in the forest. When it was time for evening prayers he dismounted, spread his mat on the middle of a pathway and knelt to pray in the manner of devout Muslims everywhere.

Now it was precisely at this time that a Jaat (peasant) woman, perturbed by the disappearance of a goat from her small farm in a village just outside the jungle, went rushing by, anxiously searching for her the missing goat. In her preoccupation she did not notice the kneeling figure of the Emperor and tripped over him, then got up and without a word of apology rushed further into the forest.

Akbar was annoyed at this interruption but, he observed the rule of speaking to no one during the Namaaz.

Now just about the time that his prayer was over the jaat woman returned, joyfully holding the rope to her hand from the goat that she had found. She was surprised and frightened to see the Emperor and his entourage there. Akbar gave vent to his anger against her and shouted, “Explain your disrespectful behaviour or you will be punished.”

The Jaat woman suddenly became fearless, looked into the Emperor’s eyes and said, “Your Majesty, I was so absorbed in the search of my missing goat that I did not even see you here, not even when, as you say, I stumbled over you. Now while you were at Namaaz, you were supposed to be searching the One who is infinitely more precious than my goat".  And how is it that you noticed me?”

The Emperor was stunned and shamed into silence and later confided to his friends that a peasant woman, who was neither a scholar nor a Mullah, had taught him the meaning of prayer.

Throw away hatred.....A Very Nice Story

A kindergarten teacher has decided to let her class play a game. The teacher told each child in the class to bring along a plastic bag containing a few potatoes. Each potato will be given a name of a person that the child hates, so the number of potatoes that a child will put in his/her plastic bag will depend on the number of people he/she hates.

So when the day came, every child brought some potatoes with the name of the people he/she hated. Some had 2 potatoes; some 3 while some up to 5 potatoes.

The teacher then told the children to carry with them the potatoes in the plastic bag wherever they go (even to the toilet) for 1 week.

Days after days passed by, and the children started to complain due to the unpleasant smell let out by the rotten potatoes. Besides, those having 5 potatoes also had to carry heavier bags. After 1 week, the children were relieved because the game had finally ended.

The teacher asked: "How did you feel while carrying the potatoes with you for 1 week?" The children let out their frustrations and started complaining of the trouble that they had to go through having to carry the heavy and smelly potatoes wherever they go.

Then the teacher told them the hidden meaning behind the game. The teacher said: "This is exactly the situation when you carry your hatred for somebody inside your heart.

The stench of hatred will contaminate your heart and you will carry it with you wherever you go. If you cannot tolerate the smell of rotten potatoes for just 1 week, can you imagine what is it like to have the stench of hatred in your heart for your lifetime?"

MORAL:

Throw away any hatred for anyone from your heart so that you will not carry sins for a lifetime. Forgiving others is the Best Attitude to take!

Good Lawer? or Good Judge?....Who are we ?

The Best Quote I read today from world wide web and thought of writing it in colourful pages......

Don't judge people before you truly know them........

Once a man was traveling by Train with his 24 year old son. The boy seeing out from the train's window shouted: "Dad, look the trees are going behind!"
Dad smiled & a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24 year old's childish behavior with pity.
Suddenly the boy again exclaimed: "Dad, look the clouds are running with us!"
The couple couldn't resist & said to the man: "Why don't you take your son to a good doctor?"
The man smiled & said: "I did & we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind from birth, he just got his eyes today."

Every single person on the planet has a story. Don't judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you!!

Patience Is A Priceless Spirit

***********Patience Is A Priceless Spirit***********

In today's context, where life is fast paced, where does patience fit in?

1) A driver wants to reach his destination as soon as possible.
2) A businessman wants to make his fortune quickly.
3) A tourist wants to visit as many places possible in the shortest time.
4) A funny way of looking at it is - even our washing machines are overworked just because we want to get more done in less time.

Many times patience is one of the less exercised capacities of humans.

A boy spends his nights thinking about his examination results, when he can actually leave it to time and go about what he can do.

A businessman tries to figure out how his career will chart without any benefit.

A girl is hasty in settling for her life partner.

Such a thing called "impatience" steals our joy out of our life. How often do we remind ourselves of the fact that uncertainty is what adds up the taste to our life?

Suppose each one of us knew, to the minute detail, what is going to happen for the next 10 days? How will it be? We can be sure that we will lose our peace while thinking about the falls, bumps and hiccups that we are sure to meet within those 10 days.

Stories are wonderful to almost all of us; each one though liking different genre of them. But think if we all knew the end of the story from the beginning? Would we either keep the book aside, because we do not like the ending, or read it every now and then remind ourselves of the ending so that the charm of the characters in the story is lost?

Someone said, "Ignorance is bliss". Now, I am not undermining the importance of planning or predicting in order to be prepared but I am just reiterating that serene patience, when employed in tandem, would help us achieve much more.

Patience is not just sitting around thinking something will happen; it is the grit and will to accept the flops and STILL WORK WITH ZEST, AS IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING YOUR VENTURE.

The blatant truth is that we actually kill the present time with our impatience.

Someone said, "Life need not be wonderful to be ENJOYABLE". It would not be wise for us to damage our own present for an unknowing future. With all uncertainty, we can still enjoy our EVERYDAY life.

And hence the best thing to do is to say to ourselves, "Hey you there inside, remember, you are the most happy when you don't know what is going to unfold the next moment."

Let us take a reminder from the book which advices us, "Be calm and wait patiently for God."

When I looked back at my life, one thing that I realized which was very important for me was remaining patient - even when things seem to go slow and down. I realized that patience has always paid off, though in its time.

Smart Husband and Smarty Wife.........

A man was sitting reading his paper when his wife hit him round the head with a frying pan.

"What was that for?" the man asked. The wife replied "That was for the piece of paper with the name Jenny on it that I found in your pants pocket".

The man said "When I was at the races last week, Jenny was the name of the horse I bet on"

The wife apologized and went on with the housework.

Three days later the man is watching TV when his wife bashes him on the head with an even bigger frying pan, knocking him unconscious.

Upon re-gaining consciousness the man asked why she had hit again.

"Your horse called up".

A Nice Story : The Businessman and The Fisherman

Once a fisherman was sitting near the seashore, under the shadow of a tree smoking his beedi. Suddenly a rich businessman passing by approached him and enquired why he was sitting under the tree and not working. To this the poor fisherman replied that he had caught enough fishes for the day.

Hearing this, businessman got angry and said: “Why don’t you catch more fishes instead of wasting time?”

Fisherman: “I have had enough like I told you. Why more?”

Businessman: “You could catch more and sell more and make more money.”

Fisherman: “What would I do then?”

Businessman: “You could buy a bigger boat with the money and go to the deeper sea, catch bigger fishes and earn even more money”

Fisherman: “What would I do then?”

Businessman: “You could buy even more boats, employ people to catch fishes for you and earn even more money and be a rich businessman like me”

Fisherman: “What would I do then?”

Businessman: “You could enjoy your life peacefully”

Fisherman: “What do you think I am doing right now?”

Moral: You don’t need to wait for tomorrow to enjoy and be happy. Life is here at this moment, so enjoy, live and love it!

A Moment I Felt Emotional

Today Evening after a Session of Games & Activities, when I was on call with my mom, suddenly I saw a bunch of Crows were on top of our basket ball court wire-net, it was not so catchy that I have to mention here, but the catchy thing was one of those crows suddenly started cawing much above on my head. First I didn't give attention at all by thinking that it must be like other birds, as and when they are passing by they sound... But that crow was continuously cawing and going around circle on tree top level.

As myth, I was introduced to this story of Crow's Cawing again and again by my ancestors and my relatives that if any close relative dies, their souls miss us and they try to express the same through the voice of crow.
Last year my kido brother left all of us forever in the month of October, me and my family are still in shock of losing our most dearest one. Today, when I was calling to my mom and the crow started cawing, I realized that it was my brother's expression for missing me through the voice of crow.
Although it looks like weird, but there is nothing else to be believed, because I lost my brother and I know that he'll never ever come back to us.

I am missing my brother very much....can't express to anyone......and I will miss him forever.
