Panipuri Stall in Bengali Food festival @ ASPH

Most of us like Panipuri, a mouth watering snack. This panipuri has several names in so many parts of India, like it is called Golgappa (in marathi), Fuchka (in Bengali), Gup Chup (in Odisha), Pani Batashe (in MP, Chattishgarg), and so on. The funnies thing is this panipuri is the most popular street snack available through out India.
In our Bengali Food festival "Bangla Khabar", we hired a panipuri stall typically from street side, who makes authentic fuchka, and it was all to give a traditional ambiance to the food festival, as the Bengalis like this fuchka very much all the time. We received enormous positive feedback on the Fuchka stall in our Coffee Shop.
