On March 20, 2015, I conducted couple of Team Building Activities for our Front Office Department employees in one of our banquet venue.
We divided the participants into two teams to perform the tasks separately. Two activities we played, one "Blind Drawing" and second was "Building Paper Bridge".
The learnings from first activity was to know about effective communication skills, coordination skills and understanding the team better.
The learning from second activity were Leadership, Planning, Coordination, Time Management, Achieving Target, Creativity and Team Work.
Participants learned a lot from both the activities about soft skills which they perform at their daily work.
To maintain the team balance we have added few trainees to the team of Front Office, so as to increase the team size to perform effectively.
