'Style & Smile' - A Corporate Training Program @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

We had a corporate training program - "Style & Smile" for our front line employees of Radisson HITEC City along with Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel employees.

The program was conducted for three days from 06th March to 08th March 2015 by Mr. Zubin Ghiara, V.P. - HR and Development of Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.

The training program was to bring out the charm and creative mind of participants to have better guest interactions. 

The program was divided into various parts including creative thinking, team activities, and lots of exercises.

Over all program was exciting and very helpful for the participants to have their personal growth.

'Managerial Excellence Program' at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

During the first week of March' 2015, we had a corporate training program for the managers of Radisson HITEC City, Aditya Park and Aditya Hometel. The program was "Managerial Excellence Program" conducted by Mr. Zubin Ghiara, Vice President- HR & Development of Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.

The purpose of this program was to self evaluate and focus on managerial skills to improve, e.g. leadership skills, motivational skill, conflict handling skills, decision making skills and so on.

It was a three days program with lots of psychometric evaluation, team activities, decision making exercises.

Recently, we received an award "PLATINUM PICK" by makemytrip for the stellar performance shown by our Hotel Radisson HITEC City in 2014.

We have started the Poolside Bar-Be-Que again under the starts. Bar-Be-Que is open on every Friday at 7:30 onwards.

  

Hospitality Article on Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

Recently, we had a cover story in a Hospitality Magazine about our Hotel Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. The magazine GLOBAL DESTINATION covers a page with our hotel's facilities and market strategies in Hyderabad.

It also illustrates the wide range of facilities which we are offering to our guests.

A site visit in Shameerpet, Telangana

Recently, I had been to a place called Shameerpet in Telangana state. The place is 40 kms away from center of Hyderabad, It took just an hour to travel. I and two of my colleagues visited the place to have a site inspection of an area, where an upcoming residential area is growing up.

It is actually a kilometer away from the main road, but nevertheless it is well connected to the roads. It has straight accessibility to the NH Express highway. The site is away from the city pollutions but in cool and calm surroundings.

A peace lover may easily opt for the place to build a house. In fact one of my colleague, who accompanied with me, has bought a land and also started constructed the house. The site is well planned and beautifully structured into architectural designs.

The site is well covered by greenaries on one side and water park on another side. 

I seized the opportunity to capture some snaps in my camera, who knows I may think to come here again or may thing of having one of the house for self in future...
