04th Annual Day Celebration @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 6th June' 2015, we celebrated out Fourth Annual Day at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. This is the third celebration we did in my tenure here in Radisson HITEC City.

This time we had few unique cultural programs along side the regular ones.

The series of activities were:

* Inaugural dance (Bharat Natyam) by Engg Employee

* Solo Singing

* Duet Singing

* Solo Dance Performance

* Group Dance Performance

* Magic Show (by our employee)

* Patriotic Theme Performance by the employees of Engineering.

* Fashion Show highlighting Indian Cultural Diversity

It was a platform to give away several awards to our employees. The winners were:

* Best Employee of the Year 2014-15: Mr. Samson Thapa (F&B Service)

* Best Executive of the Year 2014-15: Ms. Sayani Sil (Food Production)

* Best Manager of the Year 2014-15: Mr. Jitendra Barick (House Keeping)

* Most Recognized Employee by the Guests in 2014-15: Mr. Samson Thapa (F&B Service)

* Best Groomed Female Employee in 2014-15: Ms. Sherinaz Engineer (Front Office)

* Best Groomed Male Employee in 2014-15: Mr. C. Krishnaiah (Security)

* Most Consistent Department of the Year 2014-15: FRONT OFFICE

The awards were given away to the awardees by our guest of honors.

Post the cultural events and award ceremonies, there was DJ for all employees followed by Dinner Buffet.

'World Environment Day' Celebration in RDHC

05 June 2015 is world-wide considered as "World Environment Day", on occasion of which we at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad, have taken certain initiatives to celebrate the day.

In early morning, at 7:00 am we started having Green Clean Campaign (Swacch Bharat) away from our hotel surroundings. We had a team of 25 employees from various departments joined hands together and made the purpose successful.

We also planted few saplings inside our hotel campus, I am sure one day it will grow as a big tree.

We also arranged Green Menu in our Cafeteria for all our employees.

Chinese Food Festival for Employees at Radisson HITEC City

On 30th May 2015, we organized Chinese Food Festival for our employees in our Cafeteria. This festival was organized by our Food and Beverage Service Team. 

We set the buffet with restaurant style service. The decor and theme was planned by F&B Service team, keeping our Specialty Chinese Restaurant (The Oriental Blossom) theme in mind.

The whole environment of cafeteria was turned into a fine dining Chinese restaurant like. Our employee members enjoyed the theme lunch.

Town Hall Meet of May 2015 @ RDHC

Yesterday (22 May 2015), we conducted our Town Hall Meet of May' 2015 in one of our Banquet hall in Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad. 

Like every month, this month also we assigned a department to conduct the session in their own style, and this time it was Front Office Department, which showcased their uniqueness and talents. 

Our Front Office Manager started the session with agendas and assigned his subordinates to carry on with the activities. There was special performances like solo dance performance and duet singing by some of the F/O Team members alongside the regular agenda like GSI Score explaining, Birthday Celebration, Giving away Best Employee awards, Welcoming New Joinees, Discussion on-going promotions, Revenues of previous month, Events and Happenings, etc.

There was Hi-Tea organized at the end of the event.

Badminton Tournament among Employees at Radisson HITEC City

We at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad arranged for a Badminton Tournament for our employees in basement of our hotel. We scheduled the league matches through 'chit picking' process so that the players with their opponents would be aware and ready for the matches. The tournament started on 16th May and continued till 22nd May' 2015.

It was a fun tournament, where employees took out their time to play the matches with full energy and self confident, although we had several obstacles in terms of infrastructure. 

However, the employees enjoyed a lot....
