2015 Independence Day Celebration @ Radisson HITEC City

We celebrated 69th Independence Day at our Hotel Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad with flag hoisting by dignitaries. All employees and HODs in presence of some of our in-house guests did flag hoisting in porch area of our hotel. 

Post flag hoisting, sweets were distributed to the employees.

A special theme menu was served in cafeteria on occasion of Independence Day.

Annual Sarovar Hotel's Housekeeper's Meet @ Radisson HITEC City

Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City conducted the two days conference for Sarovar Annual Executive Housekeeper's Meet on 12th and 13th August' 2015. It was 2nd Annual Meet by the Executive Housekeepers. 

I conducted a session on "Learning through videos" on the first day, in which six video clips were shown to the participants and after each video clip there were discussion on learnings from the clips. 

Also I have actively looked after the meet from other aspects.

Medical Check-up camp for our employees

We organized a free medical camp for our employees on 11 August 2015. Medical check-ups for employees and their family members were done by the renowned doctors of KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. 

The main check-up consists of Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure, Cardiology, Hypertension Test, and General medicine Test. Post check-up, free consultation was offered to all. 

 

Birthday Celebration of HR Manager @ RDHC

We celebrated the birthday of Mr. Paul Victor, HR Manager, Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad on 13 August 2015 in presence of all department heads and General Manager.

The celebration took place in one of our meeting room with birthday cake cutting.

The second celebration took place in the department with complete HR and training team, with another cake cutting.....

Activity "Blind Testing" for Kitchen Employees @ Radisson HITEC City

Recently, I have conducted an activity for our Food Production Employees at Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad on 06 August 2015. 

Name of the activity is "BLIND TESTING", in which three types of testing of ingredients will be done by our food production employees - TASTE, TOUCH and SMELL.

The participants had to smell, taste and touch the given ingredients and had to say the name of each ingredient. 

But the funniest part is the participants have to be blindfolded while performing this activity. It is actually easy to sense and say the ingredients, but we are blindfolded, even though we are thorough with all ingredients by name, taste and touch we fail to identify them.

Our employees enjoyed the activity very much, in fact I would personally thank some of the kitchen employees who actively volunteered to gather the ingredients and keep the misc-en-place ready for the activity.
