Demonstration of Making Blueberry Cheese Cake @ Radisson HITEC City Hyderabad

On 05 April' 2014, we organized a demonstration session of making blueberry cheese cake for our employees. The session was conducted in bakery jointly with our Bakery Chef, Ms. Bhutia and Executive Chef, Mr. Grover. There were selected participants from all departments.

Its Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City...

Finally our hotel Aditya Sarovar Premiere, Hyderabad is re-branded as "Radisson Hyderabad HITEC City". 

It was 01 April' 2014, the brand was changed. We are now very proud to be "Radissonites..."

Ugadi is the new year's day celebrated in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka region. In Sankrit, UGADI (YUGADI) meaning was derived as..... YUGA means AGE and ADI means BEGINING, hence UGADI means "A New Age Begining". 

This is celebrated as festival of new era. It is also celebrated in Tulu, Marathi and Konkani in different form. Ugadi specializes with having six tastes, such as bitter (Neem Buds), Sweet (Jaggery),  Spicy (Pepper), Saltiness, Sourness (Tamarind Juice), and Tanginess (Raw Mango).

These six tastes signifies six aspects of life which must be accepted together as and when it comes in our life.

** Bitter signifies SADNESS

** Sweet signifies HAPPINESS

** Spicyness signifies ANGER

** Saltiness signifies FEAR

** Sourness signifies DISGUST

** Tanginess signifies SURPRISE

Today 31st March' 2014 is UGADI.

Staff Appreciation Day of March'14 @ Aditya Hometel

Hi All.......

On 29th March 2014 (Saturday), we conducted Staff Appreciation Day at our Hotel Aditya Hometel. The agendas were:

** Welcome address by Hotel Manager

** Giving away "Best Employee of the Month" award for Star Performer from Front of the House and Back of the House with certificates and reward money.

** Staff's Birthday Celebration

** Funny games to engage the employees happy and productive at work

Sales Head - Mr. Dhaval's B'day celebration at Hotel

On 24 March 2014, we celebrated Head of Sales, Dhaval's birthday at hotel. 23rd March was his birthday which actually was Sunday, so we celebrated on next day with cake cutting.

Team Building Activities - Part II in March'14 @ Aditya Hometel

On Saturday (22 March 2014), I conducted a series of Team Building Activities for our employees of Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad.

Following activities were conducted:

01. BITE ME! - It was a fun based activity with learning of planning and flexibility.

02. REACH THE DESTINATION - A full fledge team building activity with learning of team work, planning, coordination, and communication.

03. BALLOON WALK - Fun based energizer with learning of achieving goals.

Team Building Activities @ Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad

On 15 March' 2014, we conducted few team building games and activities for our employees at Aditya Hometel, Hyderabad. It was fun-filled afternoon. 

We conducted the following activities: - 

01. Swamp Island Maze - An activity which empowers the memory power of individual.

02. Act-o-Mime - Fun based activity, requires creativity in approach.

03. Who is the Best Liar? - Just fun based activity.
