2nd Annual Day Celebration @ INCS.....

We celebrated our 2nd Birthday of Ibis-Novotel Chennai Sipcot (say INCS) at our Lawn Garden with Cake cutting and carnival theme. In August' 2014, INCS started its journey and today it is a big name in Chennai South. We, everyone at INCS was very happy to be part of the celebration. The General Managers of Ibis Chennai Sipcot and Novotel Chennai Sipcot inaugurated the event along with the Area General Manager of Accor and the General Manager of Ibis Chennai City Center.

We created a sports carnival theme where our employees enjoy with themselves and the street food.

We also had the cake cutting with GMs and our New Gen Leaders. It was an awesome evening celebrated at our premises.

We believe in one Mantra...Happy Employees will be happy to serve Happy Customers and also will make them Happy...

Novotel Platinum Bangkok...

One of the best hotel to stay in Bangkok, rising high with its beautiful structure is Novotel Platinum Bangkok. I had the opportunity to stay in there for a week-long conference and guess what they were ready to welcome us. My check-in process was very smooth, although I reached hotel bit early than their regular check-in time, however they gave me the room immediately. 

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city adjacent to Platinum Mall. You need to take elevator to 6th Floor to reach their Reception area, adjacent to which they have a all day dining restaurant "The Square", opposite to which they have a bar-n-lounge "Le Bar". 

With 200 plus rooms, swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar, Novotel Platinum serves to all it's guest with very high standard.

It amazed me when I saw the General Manager, Mr. Suresh (Indian Origin) always interacts with other guests in Lobby as well as in Restaurants, so polite and approachable person. All the employees were very courteous and always helpful.

I liked the way they created color coded theme breaks for us on different days, it was very attractive and unforgettable. 

In every step they did not hesitate to create a 'WOW' factor. To name a few, after every conference day when I returned back to my room, found either the chocolate, or a paper-made shirt inside which the check-out options were beautifully illustrated, etc.

Every employees at the hotel were at their best to take care of your stay, to name a few ... Knot, Nui, Hom and many others (I am not able to remember their name)....

A Trip to Bangkok...

Towards the end of July 2016, I had a trip to Thailand to attend the Certified Trainers Conference by ACCOR Hotels. Although it was my first trip to abroad however the trip was very nice.

A beautiful place is Thailand, very structured roads with high end transport facilities, greenaries around yet high-end buildings showcasing head high of Thailand. It's culture, it's diversity and popularity are at it's best.

Although we got very less time to go around to explore the city, yet we witnessed the traditional street shopping of Thailand, Ethnic Thai Food and its various characteristics.

Experiencing Skywalk (a kind of over-bridge with stretch of kilometers, are mostly used by people to avoid the traffic) was awesome. 

Overall it was a fantastic experience in Thailand for me.....
