ECW - Day 01 @ INCS - 'Fun'tastic Games for employees
On occasion of Employee Celebration Week (ECW) at our Hotels Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot, we had organized a series of games and activities for our employees on the first day itself to energize and bind them with a teamwork thread.
After each games we rewarded the team members with the medals by our HODs.

ECW - Day 01 @ INCS - Grand Welcoming of our employees
It makes me excited when we celebrate our Employee Celebration Week (ECW) by Accor Hotels across India. Like last year, this year also we have celebrated the ECW very grand way in Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot.
On the day one, we had a grand welcome of our employees at the entrance with aarti-tikka-welcome drink and Dhol. A positive vibe was created at the entrance itself where employees shake their leg with us in random happiness of being working at Accor Hotels..
A lovely buffet breakfast was served by the lawn post welcome session.

A Trip to Tirupati
After a long time, almost after 3 years I visited Tirupati Tirumala Temple with my friends. However, it was after almost a decade I walked from Alipiri to Tirumala along with my friends. First time when I visited Tirupati for Balaji Deva Darshan, I walked from Alipiri (down) to Tirumala (up on the hill) with my friends for 9 kms. It was a thrilling journey. Later I visited Tirupati for deva darshan another 9 times, and after ten years again got inspired to walk all the way to have Balaji Deva Darshan.
It was thrilling as walking in form of climbing the steps on saptagiri was not so easy like earlier, but we made it in 3 hours 45 minutes and had a fantastic darshan of Lord Venkateswara in just one hour of being in queue.
Thanks to Lord Venkateswara for giving me such opportunity. I love to visit again and again.
