We had a Leadership Development Program - Part 2 at Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot for our selected employees to have their career advancement. It is a fantastic system which Accor Hotels do for all its hotels across the Globe. It helps employees to have defined career path and also the proper direction in future.
We had a dynamic trainer of Accor Academie who came and trained the employees on LDP 2. Our Employees were much benefited and excited to follow and implement the learnings of their leadership program.
I am sure that the implementation will be visible at their daily work.
Post the program, we had a bit of fun celebration with our beloved trainer.
