Some of my office colleagues are in Sikkim for an official purpose. They were describing Sikkim in many lovely words with scenic beauty. There is nothing even I can do so now other than showing you the pictures shared by them.

I was traveling to Bangalore couple of days back by Indigo Airlines, which is one of my favorite airlines and could not control myself to take some snaps of outside environment just before landing. 

It was awesome...

Discovered New Place to indulge Organic Delicacies..

Couple of days back I had been to a new place for Lunch, away from my work place. We visited the place called "The Firm", which is popular for offering Organic Food - naturally produced (with out using any pesticides or hybrid way).

The Firm is surrounded by its own natural greenery and scenaries. 

I was amazed to see various cheeses, organic curd, country side poultries and many more food ingredients. 

Our team enjoyed the lunch at the FIRM. 

If you are in Chennai, and you love to have organic foods, you must visit the place... Its lovely..

My Stay at Mercure Hotel Hyderabad in May 2016

I had been to the Mercure KCP Hyderabad for 5 days to undergo one of my important training. The hotels was very new with fresh fragrances, situated in the middle of the city Hyderabad, very close to the famous Hussain Sagar Lake. 

Having very good specious rooms with unique colored themes, the hotel attracts many corporate clients. The employees were superb to take care of you every moment. The Chef offered us lovely yummy delicacies of Hyderabad, which I was really missing especially after leaving Hyderabad (from my previous assignment). 

It's bar is about to get ready due to license processes, but the hotel overall is neat, clean and crisp.

I had a memorable stay in Mercure KCP Hyderabad.

My Trainer Pass Certification @ ACCOR

It was May month in this year, I got opportunity to get certified in Accor Group of Hotels as CERTIFIED TRAINER. We were undergoing the certification process for 5 days in Mercure KCP Hyderabad under the guidance of Mr. Satish Kumar, Accor Learning & Development Manager, India.

We were eight trainers all together to undergo the process and it was real fun with excitement. At the end of which we were awarded with certificates, brand related training modules and Certified trainer's stamp.

During the course of time, we had many visitors from Accor Hyderabad hotels to encourage and motivate us.

Felt very happy about it. After all its another brand, I am into now, and I am liking it.

Certified Trainer Conference 2016 in Bangkok

It was the first time for me attending Certified Trainers Conference in Bangkok after I joined Accor Group of Hotels. This time it was scheduled to happen in abroad. I had wonderful experience in the CT Meet after meeting many of my L&D colleagues across Asia Pacific Accor Hotels.

We, all participants were welcomed by orchid garland and cocktail dinner. It was almost week long conference with brands knowledge, regional updates, lots of new inputs, guest experience improvement, and many more topics. I was fortunate enough to interact with the well-experienced trainers of Accor Hotels from Australia, Greater China, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Korea.

I was inspired by their art and styles of facilitation. I am sure I shall meet them again in the next year.
