As I have been telling you all that we have had a beautiful and eventful Employee Celebration Week 2016 for both our hotels Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot. On the second day while having gala evening for all the staffs, there was an attraction for the employees, where all the department heads along with General Managers danced on the stage on certain individual Bollywood movie songs following individual actor's footstep. It was very much fun but was power-pact.
Many of the Hods had never performed on the stage earlier like me, but when it comes to the stage where our employees are our powerful assets and we need to encourage and motivate them, we do not hesitate to do put our steps forward.
I am sure all the employees at Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot will remember the dates and the scenario in this Employee Celebration Week 2016.
