With Love.....a very lovely thought we adopted on the second day of our Employee Celebration Week, when we decided to cook and serve the foods for our employees for lunch.
We at Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot, all the department heads along with General Managers joined hands together to create this wow experience among the staff members. We planned for a well balanced menu with unique names, and served the employees with lots and lots of love...
Employees, who are habituated looking at the HODs as the instructors or bosses, also experienced a different side them....
