This is the best in Accor Group of Hotels, when it comes to celebrating employees. No no, it is not the Annual Day Celebration I am talking about. It is purely different from the regular ones.
Employee Celebration Week is a great initiative and mandate for all the Accor Hotels to celebrate their employees for a week, and in this year 2016, we celebrated during last week of September.
We at Novotel-Ibis Chennai Sipcot started the celebration with "Grand Welcome" of all the Employees at the Hotel Entrance with Arti, Tikka and Dholak. Employees were so excited to receive the welcome on Red Carpet by HODs and also to be part of the team, which celebrates employees.
We also served lavish breakfast for our employees at the hotel lawn.
