Launching 'HEARTIST' for our Leadership Team @ Ibis-Novotel Chennai Sipcot

HEARTIST is a program rolled out by Accor Hotels for it's all employees to understand the essence of doing Guest Service across all brands. It is a fantastic concept, which was tested and proven, and finally getting rolled out phase by phase for our different levels of employees.
So, we had recently rolled out the same for our Leadership Team (HODs) at Ibis-Novotel Chennai Sipcot, before we roll out for our employees.
It was a great workshop where a group of enthusiastic leaders participated actively to understand the concept and brainstorm several ideas to increase 'Delivering Employee Experiences'.
