We at Accor Hotels are extremely vigilant on Code of Conduct. Our employees are being trained on Accor Hotel's Code of Conduct and Vigil Mechanism since the day one they join. A part of COC, we have a system called WATCH (We Act Together for Children), a program through which Accor Hotels joined UN to prevent Child abuse in any form. For which it is important for all our employees to have knowledge on the same.
Keeping in line with the awareness of WATCH, we had a special training for our new joinees to increase the awareness session.
