It is now the third lock-down period we are going through in our country, all for a reason, to protect ourselves from the unseen virus. When the entire world is united to protect human being, we are not left behind too.
We are stuck in our home, yet communicating everyday with our team members and colleagues to understand the business pulse for upcoming days / months. Time is critical now, but the plan is not. Very first is to ensure our employees are well aware of the COVID related information and second is to take precautionary measure against it.
Our team is time to time briefed virtually (which is the most effective mode of connecting the individuals at this point of time) on the new procedures to be in place in order to adhere the Hygiene and Safety guidelines for Guest Services..
Not only our General Manager and Departments Heads contribute to spread the knowledge through various sessions, but also the External Faculties were asked to sensitize our team members.
This week we have organized a FOSTAC session on 'COVID Awareness Program and Action Plan' for our team members at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC. The session was delivered by Dr. Pashupathi, who is FSSAI official and a Food Safety specialist appointed by Govt. of India.
Dr. Pashupathi enlightened on most important measures which we must take for our guests in hospitality industry.
It was an amazing session with important aspects touched upon.. Our team members got benefits out of it.
