Like every month, this month also we have celebrated our employee's birthday at OPEN HUT (open air restaurant) in our hotel. Generally we celebrate all the staff’s birthday at once whosever birth date falls on the same month. And in this month of February’2011 we have 07 of our employee’s birthday…..and we have celebrated so at once.
This is nothing but just an employees motivation and also a HR initiative to keep our employee happy and productive.
I personally wish all of them a "Very Happy Birthday".
