Karnataka Police...........taking BRIBE

Yesterday (18.03.2011) I was going to Bangalore for for purchasing the lights for our upcoming bar in hotel, my GM, F&B M and E. H/K was also there with me. After crossing the border of Tamil Nadu when we reached Electronic City, a group of traffic police stopped our vehicle and called driver. Driver was charged with a fine for crossing the signal, whereas there was no signal in half kilometer radius as we frequently visit Bangalore.
Anyways, we didn't argue with the police, the driver gave them some bribe as we were in hurry to go and come back.......
Few snaps I caught on my mobile while our so called Bangalore Policeman was taking bribe.....

Sushi..........Exotic Japanese Dish

Sushi is a popular Japanese dish consisting of cooked vinegared rice, which is commonly topped with other ingredients like fish or other seafoods. The traditional form of sushi is fermented fish and rice, preserved with salt during the process.
"Sushi" means "it's sour".

In China, fish caught had to be preserved, so they were cleaned, filleted and then pressed between layers of salt for months. With time they figured that if they rolled the fish in rice that was soaked in vinegar the fish fermented faster. They used to throw the rice out and then eat the fish until drought and lack of food forced them to consume it all. Hence the traditional sushi was born.

After China Sushi became popular in Japan, which inturns creates various other types of sushi. The modern day Sushi was invented by “Hanaya Yoheiin the 17th century in Tokyo. Hanaya was an innovative chef who took his chances with sushi that had fish which was not fermented.
