We had the Accor Hotels Annual HR & Trainer's Meet at Grand Mercure Mysore. It was the 8th Meet, when the term "HR" is transformed to "Talent & Culture".
We all the HR Managers and Learning & Development Managers from all Accor Hotels across India participated in the meet.
The meet started on 27 August 2016. We all participants reached the hotel almost at midday and our ice breaker activity was started from 4:00 pm on-wards followed by an evening conference session of overviews of the program and introduction of participants.
It was very nice to see the wealth of experiences across the banquet hall from various properties.
