In a small city of Mandya District of Karnataka State, Shivasamudram is situated on the bank of Cauvery River. It has two waterfalls, one is Gaganachukki and another is Barachukki water falls. We went to Gaganachukki waterfalls with our teams, although I had already been there for two times earlier but it was almost six years back.
There has been lot of changes visible over there in terms of safety and cleanliness of the surrounding areas.
But the water fall was as is it with its beautiful white long hair type flow. I have heard that many movie scenes are shot there. However we spent almost an hour there and many photo sessions.
One must be very careful in terms of safety at the place as it is very dangerous by look when you are leaning on the railing of its boundary..
