Simon Sinek is one of the greatest motivator, author, public speaker and of course a management Guru. I very much like his concept of 'WHY', which is the most important question we should have before we get into any process or service.
We most of the time focus on 'What', 'Who', 'How' but ignore the part 'Why'. 'Why' meets the purpose of something which we intended to learn. 'Why' satisfies with an answer.
Recently while reading a magazine I read one of his (Simon Sinek's) valuable lines.
"Working Hard for Something we don't Care is called STRESS,
Working Hard for Something we Love is called PASSION.
Such a meaningful lines with management lesson portrayed. If you think backwards, you will discover that we incur 'STRESS' only there where we either don't have any interest to do the job, or we really don't care much about. IN contrary, the job or work or the thing which we do in happy mind turns out to be our 'PASSION'.
Leave your comments if you have experienced the 'Stress' and 'Passion' in your work life... Would love to hear stories from you !!
